Terms & Conditions of Service
Please note that by booking a lesson you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of service.
Free Trial Lesson
We provide one free trial lesson to new students only. It lasts for 30 minutes.
Booking a class
We provide 24hour notice for your booking or rescheduling a class. We have the possibility to not accept it regarding our schedule.
Payments for lessons can be made online by credit card or Paypal. Payments have to be made before tuition starts. We reserve the right to cancel the class in the event you fail to pay the fees in full before your first lesson.
Punctuality
We provide 24hour notice for your booking or rescheduling a class. We have the possibility to not accept it regarding our schedule. We do our utmost to be punctual and give you your full lesson time, so it’s important that you’re on time for your lesson. If you’re a bit late, we may have to reduce your lesson time accordingly. If you’re more than 15 minutes late and we haven’t heard from you, we reserve the right to cancel the lesson and you will not receive a refund.
Cancellation Policy
We understand there can be valid reasons for students needing to reschedule or cancel classes. However, each lesson requires prep work, and late-notice requests to reschedule or cancel cause disruption. For this reason, we request that students observe our policy:
+24 hrs notice: you can reschedule or cancel* for free
Less than 24hrs: we reserve the right to charge the full lesson fee if a student does not show up or if notice is given less than 24hrs before the beginning of the scheduled session
* You will receive a full refund for a cancelled class. If you choose to cancel a block booking, you will be refunded the equivalent value of the remaining lessons in your package, minus a 15% admin fee.
Cahier de vacances
No refund is available after buying “le cahier de vacances”.
Marketing
We may contact you from time to time via email (or by another contact method you have provided to us) with information about a booked appointment, to offer a promotion, or to ask you to rate our services or provide feedback. We consider your having received services as consent to undertake this activity but you may opt-out at any time if you wish.
